The details: We prefer payment before we arrive. If we have loaded your vehicle before you have paid we will not release the vehicle until satisfactory payment is received. We do charge for our time. If there is a delay in receiving payment we will be adding that time to the cost of our tow. If payment cannot be made in a reasonable time frame we will impound the vehicle. Impound fees will be charged.
